to drive data strategy, manage a small team of remote analysts, and present insights to senior stakeholders, including the C-suite. What You'll Be Doing:
Managing and mentoring a small team of remote data analysts. Working hands-on with data-ideally
Salesforce, SQL, and multiple data sources . Presenting key insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the board. Ensuring data quality, governance, and effective reporting across the business. What We're Looking For:
Proven experience leading a data team while remaining hands-on. Strong technical skills in
Salesforce, SQL, and data integration . Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders at a senior level. UK-based with the flexibility to travel to London when required. No sponsorship available -candidates must have full UK working rights. What's on Offer:
