Senior Data Scientist

to join our growing Data & BI team and help us transform the way we use data to optimise marketing and acquisition efforts. In this pivotal role, you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, brand, and acquisition teams to ensure our spend drives maximum impact, while uncovering new opportunities for growth. We are looking for someone with experience in multi-touch attribution, geo-testing and marketing mix modelling, from model development to optimisation. Examples of what you will work on include: Design, implement and analyse incrementality tests to measure the true impact of our marketing activity Optimise our mix-media marketing model and using the outputs to help define experimentation across marketing channels Validate the use of predictive LTV as a signal to optimise paid marketing spend Investigate potential sources of channel cannibalisation A bit about you. Requirements A strong understanding and background in experimentation and causal inference techniques, including geo-testing. 3-5 years of experience, including experience working with marketing teams to drive growth and optimise marketing channel spend Experience with R and Python for data manipulation, visualisation and statistical model development. Strong competency in SQL Ability to create compelling stories with data to describe and communicate data insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to haves Experience building and optimising mix-media models Experience in incorporating predictive LTV signals into paid marketing channels Experience with DBT (data build tool) A bit about us. Our interview process: Application review Initial call (30 minutes): Quick introductory chat with our Recruiter. Take home task: This will be sent to you via email and will be used to understand more about your technical skills. Technical interview (60 minutes): Remote interview where you'll be asked to run through your task and discuss practical examples from your experience. Final interviews (90 minutes): In-person in our office in West London where you'll get a chance to meet your peers and members of the Senior Leadership team. Logistics: This team works 3 days per week from our West London office (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) and 2 days from home.
