Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly residents. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to a team of care assistants Assist with the development and implementation of care plans for residents Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals Utilize IT systems to maintain accurate records and documentation Drive the delivery of person-centered care, ensuring the dignity and independence of residents Supervise and support care assistants in their daily duties Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and feeding Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel Maintain a clean and safe environment within the care home Requirements:

Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail Proficient in using IT systems for record keeping Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a care home setting We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
