Accountabilities:
As a Senior Data Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business impact through data-driven decision-making and strategic problem-solving. You will lead a small team of decision scientists, collaborate effectively towards achieving project goals, and work closely with engineering teams to design, deploy, and operationalize models into production environments. You will also integrate data science solutions into existing business processes, ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing the value derived from these solutions.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics.
Solid experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R.
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in change management methodologies.
