You will represent an exciting opportunity to be part of the Business Support & Optimisation team. Reporting into our Lead Delivery Consultant, you will deliver value-added service activities designed to maximise return on investment for our existing UK&I Hunter and Fraudnet clients. Working with a team of analysts, you will provide excellent client delivery, analysis, and support across a range of vertical markets. You will work with some of the world's largest organisations, helping them react quickly to market opportunities and conditions, and supporting them with complex configuration changes to protect their business and customers from potential fraud attacks. Qualifications University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric or IT content is desirable but not essential Understand complex requirements and identify workable solutions Experience of implementing software configuration changes Experience with data analysis/MI reporting, for example using Microsoft Excel, SQL, SAS or WPS Experience working with Databases/XML/JSON/APIs/ServiceNow/JIRA Additional Information Benefits package includes: Hybrid working Great compensation package and discretionary bonus plan Core benefits include pension, Bupa healthcare, sharesave scheme and more 25 days annual leave with 8 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days.
