An IS Senior Delivery Manager (Digital, Technology and Change) works at the heart of digital, technology and change initiatives. Leading and/or working in multi-disciplinary teams with lots of autonomy to deliver transformational change (people, process and technology) within a variety of business areas. Responsible for leading a pastoral team, supporting them and living our Values of Deliver, Adapt and Care. Aiding the development of the wider Business Analyst and Delivery practice as a whole. You will demonstrate skills and experience in the following: Understanding and practical experience of delivering projects using waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies on medium to large projects or programmes at all stages of delivery from inception through to close-out. This will include management of budgets, schedules, quality, benefits realisation, risks and issues, assumptions and dependencies, resources, stakeholders, change, etc.; Commercial and contract management; Supporting people and enabling their development; Governance and reporting; Excellent communication skills at all levels including both internal and external stakeholder engagement; Best practice innovation, development and delivery. You must be able to work within Digital, Transformation and Change environments, delivering both technical and non-technical change using both waterfall and agile methodologies. You should have experience of working within teams comprising a variety of roles, including Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Engineers and Testers alongside experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external to TfGM. Experience in the Transport or Public Sector would be an advantage. Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) is responsible for delivering Greater Manchester's future transport strategy and commitments. The breadth of what we do is wide and varied, and we are innovating fast. This is a 1-year fixed term role and comes with a salary of £65,970 - £73,224 per annum depending on experience. This is comprised of base salary plus market supplement, (£57,770 - £65,024 + plus MFS £8,200, the market supplement is paid monthly and reviewed annually).
