Project Delivery Manager (Hybrid)

is required by a finance services company based in close proximity to Blackfriars Station and paying up to 75k. Due to significant business growth and the number of projects currently in progress, the client is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager with a proven track record of managing end-to-end migration projects, from on-premises to cloud environments. Supporting an internal team in excess of 500 people, the role focuses on managing the IT Cloud roadmap, delivering cloud strategies, transformations, and projects on platforms such as AWS and Azure. You will oversee the evolution of the Cloud technology roadmap to support IT objectives, ensuring cloud projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This includes managing third-party providers and technical teams, reviewing vendor proposals, and facilitating technical and non-technical meetings to ensure progress. To be considered, you must have: A proven track record in delivering IT projects Expertise with public cloud platforms (AWS & Azure) Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure Experience with project and Agile methodologies Experience managing third-party vendors Formal project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) Skills in balancing priorities and conducting critical analysis Ability to apply both Waterfall and Agile methodologies appropriately Knowledge & Experience Proven track record delivering successful IT projects in similar roles Experience in regulated financial services is a plus Expertise in Public Cloud Platforms, with vendor certifications preferred Strong technical knowledge of Azure cloud services Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code Proven experience managing Azure cloud projects Solid understanding of project and Agile methodologies Skilled in managing and collaborating with third-party vendors Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage with all levels from teams to senior management Knowledge of project management best practices (PRINCE2, Agile) and managing conflicting priorities Critical analysis skills for reviewing proposals and reporting to stakeholders Comfortable applying both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods Strong communication and team collaboration skills Should you feel you match the above requirements, do not hesitate to
