£55,200 - £83,000 + car / car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits. Working Pattern:

The SSEN Transmission Offshore Delivery team is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high value AC projects delivering onshore overhead line, underground cables and substation packages for the Western Isles portfolio. You will be responsible for developing delivery/procurement strategies and managing them throughout delivery, ensuring collaboration across the supply chain and managing project interfaces. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Accountable for the safety, health and wellbeing of all personnel and for environmental aspects of Transmission project activities. Preparation of regulatory submissions to secure project funding. Planning, monitoring, and controlling projects in line with Project Execution Plans. Development of procurement strategy and accountable for all commercial aspects of delivery. Ensuring the use of recognised project management processes and tools. Provide leadership and demonstrate core values, ensuring teams are competent and motivated. What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we'd love you to have: A proven track record of leading and safely delivering projects or programmes in the Transmission, Construction, Energy, or Civils industries. People management experience with an understanding of project management methodology. Engineering or construction knowledge, including environmental and safety legislation. Experience managing project governance and budget responsibilities, ideally £30m+. Experience managing and delivering pre-construction or Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) scope of works. Lack experience but are still interested?
