Job Description:

As a Senior Delivery Surveyor at InoRail, you will be responsible for executing complex surveys to meet client expectations and producing accurate, high-quality survey data. Your role will involve working with advanced survey techniques and tools, contributing to critical rail infrastructure projects across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Survey Execution : Carry out a wide range of land and rail surveys, ensuring all work is completed in line with client specifications and industry quality standards.

Data Collection & Analysis : Collect precise survey data using advanced equipment and techniques. Analyse and interpret this data to provide insights for project planning and execution.

Data Processing & Drafting : Process raw survey data to produce deliverables such as 3D models, CAD drawings, and detailed survey reports.

Report Preparation : Draft comprehensive Survey Drawings and Reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to clients and project teams.

Required Experience:

Competence in some of the following survey processing tasks:

Raw Survey Data Post Processing

LOD200 Digitisation (3D wireframe models)

CAD model drafting

Perform Survey Control Network Adjustments & Transformations

Static Cloud Registration and Kinematic Cloud Registration

Structure & Platform Gauging Clearance Surveys

Static GNSS Post Processing

VRS RTK GNSS Processing

OHLE Heights & Staggers

Calculate Earthwork Volumes & Sections

Measured Building Floor Plans & Elevations

Competence in using the following complementary software packages:

N4ce (Applications in CADD)

AutoCAD & Microstation

Excel & Word

Trimble Realworks

Gedo Scan Office

Star*Net

Trimble Business Centre

Membership of RICS / CICES or working towards Chartered Status.

Proficiency in the selection and operation of various survey equipment such as Total Station, Point Cloud Scanning, GPS, Laser Sweep, and more.

Understanding of various survey methods, including mobile mapping, drone surveys, static scanning, and LiDAR.

Ability to understand and apply RICS and Network Rail surveying standards in practice.

Experience in core survey techniques such as traversing, point cloud scanning, and levelling.

Hold Sentinel competencies, including PTS.

Additional competencies like First Aid and CSCS are advantageous.
