Senior Design Engineer (Fire Sprinklers)
£60,000 - £70,000

Are you a Senior Design Engineer or similar with a background in Fire Sprinklers or similar looking for your next role, where you will get to lead a team of Design Engineers on exciting projects within an Award Winning company who are leading the market in Fire Protection?
This company began as a family-run business over 40 years ago, and now have over 200 employees across their Global offices. They have seen rapid growth throughout recent years, taking on larger projects within600 the commercial and residential sectors, as a result they are looking for an ambitious Design Engineer to join their team in the Manchester office.
In this varied role you will work closely with the Head of Operations, as you lead a team of Design Engineers and serve as a mentor to Junior members of the team, sharing your technical knowledge. You will solve complex design problems, plan for upcoming project works, communicate with stakeholders, and much more.
This role would suit an experienced Design Engineer with a background in Fire Sprinklers, looking for a role within an Award Winning company, where you will be afforded flexibility in your working life, as well as the autonomy to make this role your own.
The Role:
Lead a team of Design Engineers, mentoring Junior members.
Use your technical knowledge of Fire Sprinklers to solve complex design problems.
Improve the efficiency of Design Processes.
Plan for upcoming project works and collaborate with Senior members of the company.
The Person:
Senior Design Engineer or similar, with a strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Solidworks.
Background in Fire Sprinklers / Fire Protection or similar and knowledge of LPBC standards.
Able to reliably commute to Salford Quays.
