Ideally degree educated in aerospace/mechanical/automotive engineering to a Bachelor's or Master's level, or Chartered Engineer status with the iMechE or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant role within the design engineering field. Proficiency in CAD software, with a preference for SolidWorks. Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for analytical thinking. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.
