The Role: As the Senior Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the design process from conception to completion for a technically challenging and high-profile data centre project. Collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors, you will ensure the design is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and industry standards.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
* A degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
