In this role, you will oversee the design and technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. This role focuses on Sustainable Living Spaces. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage design processes and teams. Ensure regulatory and company compliance throughout projects. Manage design programmes and approvals. Conduct site visits and attend meetings as needed. Essential Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills. Thorough understanding of construction regulations and building codes. Proven experience in residential building design. Ability to lead and manage the Building Regulations and Planning & Design function, acting as the designated individual for each allocated HRB project. Monitor design work for regulatory compliance and establish scoping of designers. Knowledge of the Building Safety Act and the HRB Procedure Regulations. Desirable Skills:
