Job Description Leading the boy's graphic design team, across both license and non license Creating innovative and engaging graphics for boy's apparel Monitoring fashion and design trends Collaborating with other departments to ensure coherence in design Presenting designs to stakeholders Ensuring designs meet brand and customer expectations Providing mentorship to junior team members Ensuring all designs are aligned with the company's ethical standards The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Designer in Boy's Graphic Design should have: A degree in Graphic Design or a related field Extensive experience in graphic design, preferably in the apparel sector Experience in both licence and non license graphic design Experience in all over print Excellent at hand drawing Proven leadership skills A keen eye for design and trends Excellent communication and presentation skills A strong understanding of brand identity What's on Offer 25 days holiday Flexible working conditions, with 2 days working from home An opportunity to work in a creative, innovative environment The chance to lead and inspire a team
