At CV-Library, we have a simple vision: to help the world to work and we are looking for exceptional and talented people to help us realise this vision in both UK and overseas markets. We are in a period of accelerated growth, following a year of key strategic acquisitions and significant investment across all parts of the business from Tech and Data to People and HR, there’s never been a more exciting time to join us or a better place to grow your career! The Role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to produce and oversee digital and offline creative solutions that help advance our brand and support our marketing strategy. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, style and layout techniques. You will be full of creative energy, happy pushing the brand forward and comfortable creating assets that tell our product and brand stories to external and internal audiences, with both a B2B and B2C background. You are skilled at working closely with copywriters and other stakeholders to create eye-catching, scroll-stopping and engaging content that is unmistakably us. You will have experience in executing marketing projects from conception to production, including social media and digital display advertising, customer testimonials, sales collateral, even activation, CRM campaigns and internal communications. You are comfortable working as part of an experienced design team, supporting and coaching junior team members, sharing ideas and collaboratively managing prioritisation and workloads. You are curious and naturally interested in exploring ways to do things better or more efficiently, embracing new techniques and tools such as AI to deliver great quality, quickly. Responsibilities:

Proactively deliver creative executions that help to improve brand fame and engagement. You will tell stories through content which align to our strategic direction and strategy. Design excellence: Be hands-on with design, working as part of an experienced team to deliver against briefs across a range of media. Content collaboration and creation: Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop cohesive design and content creatives – for different mediums – that drive brand engagement with B2B and B2C audiences. Act as the guardian of the brand, ensuring that all internal and external communications, visual assets and products reflect brand guidelines and core values. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product and sales, to align content and design with broader business objectives. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to clearly articulate creative concepts, strategies and content ideas to both creative and non-creative stakeholders. Develop creative content strategies that drive audience engagement, brand awareness and content generation. Proficient in visual design principles, including typography, layout, colour theory and imagery with experience across multiple formats (web, print, social). Highly proficient in a range of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other platforms like Figma or Sketch. Expertise in Digital and Social media marketing with comprehensive understanding of the role of design in digital marketing, including SEO, social media strategies, and content distribution. Demonstrate innovation and creativity. You can generate fresh, bold and impactful creative concepts, pushing the boundaries of design and brand storytelling. Exhibit strong prioritisation and time management with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of content and design assets. Establish and maintain processes for reviewing and approving all creative work to meet the highest standards of excellence. We are actively committed to promoting a fully diverse and inclusive workforce and we welcome applications for this role from all candidates who meet the key requirements. Please do not hesitate to get in touch should you require any reasonable adjustments to assist with your application.
