Based in our Leeds studio, this role is primarily focused on brand design, working across a variety of high-profile projects in the sports sector. We help our clients at a strategic level, creating design-led solutions across many varied touchpoints including corporate and event brand design; delivering for digital, print, and motion applications.
We are looking for a conceptual thinker, someone who can create highly effective and creative design solutions, from taking an initial brief through conceptualization to completion and final delivery. Our requirement is for an all-rounder; a team player with a burning passion for design coupled with great attention to detail.
The successful candidate will take a lead on projects, liaising with clients, collaborating closely with colleagues, plus supervising and mentoring junior designers.
Good, confident communication and team working skills are essential as we encourage direct contact with our clients, partners, and suppliers. We work in a collaborative environment, promoting the sharing of ideas and skills. We are a multi-disciplinary agency, so experience in digital design and motion graphics would be desirable but is not a pre-requisite for the role. There will be opportunities to develop your skills across these disciplines.
Core Design/Creative/Digital Capabilities
Strong communication skills
Adeptness with leading design software packages (CC suite)
An exceptional online portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and highly considered visual executions
Good illustration skills are desirable but not a prerequisite for the role
Knowledge/understanding of After Effects can be beneficial but is not always essential
