Senior Designer At Harrods Interior Design, we create luxurious, bespoke spaces that epitomize elegance and refinement. We are looking for a passionate Senior Designer to join our team, lead innovative projects, and deliver exceptional results. About the Role As a Senior Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of luxury interior projects, overseeing their journey from concept to completion. You’ll lead and mentor a talented team, fostering creativity and collaboration while ensuring every project meets our impeccable standards. Responsibilities: Mentoring your team and nurturing key relationships across clients and suppliers, while raising the profile of Harrods Interior Design. Delivering excellence by managing projects end-to-end, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. Showcasing your expertise by using your in-depth knowledge of interior architecture, FF&E products, and technical detailing to create stunning, functional designs. Develop project timelines, oversee budgets, and collaborate with procurement and external teams to ensure smooth execution. Present design concepts with confidence, maintain strong client relationships, and provide follow-up support post-installation. About You You will have proven leadership experience in interior design, inspiring teams and delivering high-quality projects. You will also have a deep understanding of luxury interiors, materials, and finishes. You’ll also have: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in design tools including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
