The in-house team of creatives at Paramount + need a Senior Designer to join their team and work across a wide range of projects and platforms including on air promos, 360 degree marketing campaigns, branding, social assets, events, print and packaging. The Senior Designer will be responsible for ensuring the Paramount + core brand aesthetic is considered within all creative execution. You will have significant experience across both motion and static design. We want an outstanding designer who can demonstrate creative perfection and attention to detail, ensuring all output is produced to the highest creative standard whilst delivering on time and to budget. The designer will lead cross brand concepting sessions and deliver on strong design across the platform; coming up with innovative and original design ideas for multi-platform campaigns. A strong focus on print and a deep understanding of how to maintain this format with fresh and vibrant approaches to the creative, is essential. What will you be doing? Creatively implement design to a first class standard across all P+ projects, with an understanding of core brand values and style guides of the global brand. Be an authority on the P+ brand for UK marketplace. Strong motion design focus and print design knowledge ensuring cut through and stand out content is delivered. Ensure all creative is to spec and on brand. Work to a brief, schedule and budget and collaborate with creative and production partners across all projects. Produce high quality design across a breadth of projects ranging from branding, commercials, promos, print, packaging, and on-screen elements; ensuring all graphics align with brand guidelines both locally and internationally. Full of creative ideas and vision within cross brand workflows. Partner with creatives for campaign idea generation and pitching, and effectively present design ideas through storyboards, style frames and mock-ups. Work alongside, support and help the creatives to realise design solutions and add coherent design value to projects. Recommend new technology software and creative solutions. What are we looking for? Extensive knowledge of all stages of the creative design and production process. Extensive design experience across all platforms and marketing mediums with strength in layout, typography, logo design, motion and wealth of print projects. A strong visual and creative problem solver with an excellent ability to verbally communicate ideas. Extensive experience in Macintosh skills and mainstream graphics software, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative cloud - After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strongly committed to collaboration and working as part of the team. Produce and communicate a constant stream of fresh, innovative, and original creative ideas. To be up to date with the latest design trends and recommend new software. Ability to meet deadlines and work to tight timelines and schedules. Ability to lead teams as you will be coordinating both freelancers and agencies. Solid knowledge and experience of Post Production techniques and formats.
