Key skills required for this role: AWS - EC2 - C# - .NET - SQL - Big Data - Visual Studio - GitHub Our client, a leading airline and digital company, is seeking a talented Senior Developer to join their dedicated IT team. As a Senior Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, maintenance, and evolution of the Revenue Management System (RMS) eco-system and accompanying desktop application. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a newly migrated AWS platform and be involved in a full stack platform modernisation programme. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high quality, cost-effective software solutions within the RMS eco-system, adhering to easyJet standards and best practices. Collaborate closely with business customers to design, develop, and integrate revenue generating opportunities. Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Apply Agile software development practices, including Kanban/SCRUM. Ensure technical governance and compliance with standards. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Assist in understanding end user requirements and documenting process flows. Provide technical leadership and support to the team. Job Requirements: AWS native cloud infrastructure familiarisation. Experience working with Big Data platforms (Databricks). Full stack development skills with strong front-end abilities. Proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL. Experience with Visual Studio and the Microsoft .NET Framework. Working knowledge of Git Version Control Software (GitHub). Previous experience in a high transactional, high availability environment. Familiarity with SDLC models, especially Agile methods. Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations. Experience with Agile deployment frameworks. Interpersonal skills for feature demonstrations and business workshops. Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools. Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns. Knowledge of Web APIs and RESTFUL services.
