Are you looking for the next chapter in your career journey? You’ve come to the right place. We are always happy to hear from people who love learning and have their heart in the right place. Welcome home. We’re looking for a Senior Developer to join our team at Futurice UK. As a Senior Developer, you care about the success of the team and are willing to support junior members by sharing your knowledge and experience. You actively contribute to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration by offering insights and being open to the perspectives of others. Responsibilities You’re a technical product expert, with an eye for user experience and the latest technology trends; helping clients and teams alike understand why certain features, architecture, and technologies should be chosen. You have strong frontend or backend experience. Ideally, you're skilled across the full stack, or you have the ambition to grow and develop expertise across both. You enjoy diving into complex technical challenges and finding the right solutions using modern tools like React, TypeScript, Node.js, and more. You're focused on delivering high-quality, well-architected solutions that align with user needs and project goals. This is a hands-on engineering role. You’ll spend most of your time in the code—building, refining, and optimising. You’re not just about choosing technologies; you enjoy implementing them and solving real-world technical problems. You work effectively with designers, product owners, and other team members to create innovative, user-centric solutions. You’re comfortable in Agile environments and understand how to collaborate across disciplines to get things done. You have a knack for breaking down complex challenges into actionable technical tasks. Whether it’s developing new features, optimising performance, or addressing tricky bugs, you’re in your element when solving problems. You're always eager to learn new tools, frameworks, and approaches. Whether it’s frontend, backend, or infrastructure, you’re ready to jump in and keep your skills sharp. If you're looking for a role where you can stay hands-on with cutting-edge technology and focus on delivering great technical solutions, this is it! At Futurice UK, we believe that our people are our greatest asset. When you join us as a Senior Developer, you'll become part of a team that values your well-being, growth, and contributions.
