BSc in scientific field and proven experience formulating Household products. Behavioural Skills:
Thrives in a fast paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset. Self-starter & proactive problem solver. Strong communicator who is able to influence key stakeholders internally & externally. Technical/Professional Experience:
3+ Years experience of developing formulations for Household Products (Desirable). 3+ Years experience of developing formulations for Household, Personal Care or similar product ranges for large scale manufacturing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent commercial awareness in the context of technically focussed organisations. Experience working with external suppliers and distributors. Experience analysing process data to maintain and report Key Process measures. This vacancy is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship or Relocation assistance.
