What the role involves

- Test technicians to get rigs built and instrumentation configured accurately.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with workshop.
- Client-Facing Impact: Analyse the data, write up technical test reports, and stand behind your findings in high-level client meetings, helping to guide the customer through the val.
Skills and requirements
- Academic Background: A degree in a Mathematics, Science, or core Engineering discipline.
- Industry Pedigree: 3 to 5 years of experience embedded within a fast-paced automotive, motorsport, hypercar, or EV powertrain environment.
- Technical Breadth: Direct experience verifying and validating both mechanical and electrical assemblies—ideally with advanced EDU powertrain systems.
- The Mindset: You love being close to the hardware, possess a sharp analytical mind for data, and are flexible enough to travel occasionally for off-site testing or client consultat.
