Our partner, a growing manufacturing company, is actively seeking a Senior Development Engineer. As a Senior Development Engineer, you will embark on an exciting journey leading the design, development, and qualification of innovative engineering solutions. The successful development engineer will take charge of delivering qualified engineering solutions for client-focused development programs, managing third-party engineering service providers to ensure efficient project execution both internally and externally. Responsibilities:

Spearhead the design, development, and qualification of advanced engineering solutions. Deliver qualified engineering solutions for client-based development programs. Oversee third-party suppliers of engineering services to facilitate efficient execution of development activities. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications. Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Technical Director, clients, and project team members. Foster the Continuing Professional Development of direct reports. Undertake additional duties as assigned to support business objectives. Requirements:

Strong engineering experience with proven leadership in project delivery. Expertise in advanced materials and technologies. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project and 3D CAD software. Familiarity with FEA systems. What this is offering:
