Senior DevOps Engineer is required by a Global Investment Bank.
You will have the following skills:
Proven experience in creating devops solutions in enterprise container platforms, such as the public cloud Kubernetes Services in Amazon Web Services / Google Cloud, or on-premises platforms such as RedHat OpenShift. Subject Matter Expert (SME) in microservice architecture and container technologies such as Docker, Podman and Kubernetes. SME in Kubernetes related technologies such as S3, EFS, Lustre FSx, Kubernetes cluster autoscaler, Karpenter and KEDA. In-depth knowledge in using tools such as Terraform, Helm, kubectl, Hashicorp vault. Great understanding in managing vulnerability and maintaining strong security for applications and services running in public cloud. Investment Banking / High Performance Compute platform experience would be an advantage. Experience in Java programming and the Spring framework would be an advantage. Understanding of agile software development approach and experience in using developer tools such as Github, Bitbucket, JIRA, Artifactory and Jenkins. In-depth experience in analysing application metrics using observability tools such as Splunk, Elasticsearch and Grafana is highly desirable.
