Senior DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer focuses on design and implement aws cloud infrastructure, writing clean and maintainable infrastructure as code for repeatable, auditable deployments across environments.

What the role involves

• Design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure, writing clean and maintainable Infrastructure as Code for repeatable, auditable deployments across environments.
• Driving reliability, scalability, security, observability and cost efficiency of AWS infrastructure.
• Provide mentorship to other DevOps engineers, sharing expertise and raising engineering quality across the team.
• Maintain robust and effective CI/CD pipelines.
• Resolve complex infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Partner with Data Engineering to support platform infrastructure (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake).

Skills and requirements

• Strong hands-on AWS infrastructure experience, including IAM, VPCs, compute, containers.
• Load balancing, storage, security, resilience, and cost optimization.
• Proficient with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform, with experience building maintainable, reusable modules and environment patterns.
• Experience operating cloud infrastructure in regulated environments (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
