About the role: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Senior Dialysis Nurse to join a bright and modern Dialysis Clinic in Ipswich. The clinic provides person-centred care to renal patients and takes pride in the holistic care that they provide. The team is passionate about providing high-quality care and building meaningful patient relationships. They are looking for a like-minded Senior Dialysis Nurse to join and help run their friendly team. The clinic boasts excellent facilities for both their patients and their staff.

Duties and responsibilities: You will be working as a Senior Dialysis Nurse and will be responsible for the following duties:

Undertake the role of the Nurse in Charge Occasionally deputise for the Clinic Manager Provide mentorship to the team Take ownership of the care programs for renal patients Perform patient assessments throughout treatment Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems Review pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients Participate in quality service improvement programs

Who we're looking for: Be NMC registered - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions Eligibility to live and work in the UK At least 2 years UK experience as a Renal Dialysis Nurse is essential Post-registration clinical course in Renal Nursing (ENB 136 or equivalent) or working towards Mentorship/ Teaching Qualification highly desirable Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care Excellent communication skills
