Company Description Job Description Senior Dictionary Analysts play a vital role in this process, overseeing a small team of Analysts within their specialist practice area, with the support of their manager, to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved. Blending people, resource and project management, along with expertise in a specific territory and in CGA processes, the SDA guides their analysts to successful BAU and project outcomes: allocating tasks, supporting in query and issue resolution, running 1-1s, providing guidance and training, and ensuring way of working documentation is up to date. Responsibilities Plans, schedules and monitors own work within short time horizons Is responsible for ensuring direct reports complete assigned work to agreed time and quality standards Contributes to the active development of team Conducts training and mentoring work as appropriate with junior colleagues Identifies opportunities for improvements to Data Prep process and practice and reports them to Territory Manager Demonstrates a rational and organised approach to work Demonstrates and promotes CGA values in every interaction Has sufficient communication skills for effective dialogue with customers, suppliers, and partners Works effectively as part of a team Interacts with and may influence immediate colleagues Collaborates effectively with own team and wider department Demonstrates an awareness of stakeholder and business needs Supports Territory Manager in development and delivery of stakeholder education and training materials Executes defined aspects of the Data Prep process Responds to routine stakeholder queries on Data Prep activities and related process developments & ensures satisfactory resolution Supports in the resolution of more complex queries & issues Supports on the implementation of process efficiencies Maintains up to date documentation related to ways of working & processes Is an expert in the Data Prep process as it relates to their specialism and territory Absorbs new information when it is presented systematically and applies it effectively as well as documenting these learnings for future training Qualifications Actively promotes CGA values in all interactions Develops a culture within the department that aligns with the overall culture of the business Deadline & quality driven with high personal standards - wow with every delivery Value people & the benefit of teamwork - care for the team & consider needs of all Inquisitive & enjoy learning Demonstrate great leadership skills - positive, show integrity & responsibility Own the question & be the expert Shows initiative, innovation & a strong desire to improve own self & business Takes decisions with long term perspective Proud of what we do Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) About NIQ NIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
