We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Designer to join our team. You will deliver creative and visual campaigns across our brands. As the Digital Designer, you’ll take the lead on projects and contribute to new creative strategies and concepts as part of our content team. You will handle day-to-day digital UI, marketing, print/packaging, and design projects, understanding the needs of each brand to help maintain and develop brand identities. You’ll be conscious of CRO and will lead the design and execution of visually compelling digital campaigns from concept to completion, focusing on high conversion rates and effective messaging.

Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of Digital Design / UI Design experience
A passion for digital design that goes beyond aesthetics, focusing on what converts and resonates with customers
Experience in e-commerce, designing digital campaigns that drive results
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Figma, or similar tools
Strong understanding of customer-centric design and a data-driven approach to optimizing your work
Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
