Growth Lead

, you will drive partner management, affiliate optimization, and growth marketing initiatives to deliver measurable results. You will enhance partner relationships, maximize affiliate program performance, and leverage MarTech capabilities to streamline processes. With a strong focus on co-marketing campaigns , content integration, and data-driven insights, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while building consistent and impactful strategic partnerships . What you'll do Partner Management and Affiliate Optimization: Develop and lead strategies to manage, optimize, and grow affiliate and partner relationships to increase performance and ROI. Identify, onboard, and nurture high-performing affiliates and digital partners to expand reach and revenue opportunities. Collaborate closely with partners to ensure seamless integration of marketing assets, campaigns, and messaging to align with brand standards and objectives. Monitor partner performance, leveraging data and analytics to track key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, customer acquisition cost), identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies. Build strong relationships with partners, providing ongoing support, insights, and tools to drive mutual growth and success. Growth Marketing and Co-Marketing Campaigns: Implement growth marketing strategies to maximize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through affiliate and partner-driven campaigns. Lead co-marketing campaigns

in partnership

with affiliates, focusing on joint initiatives such as collaborative content, webinars, or targeted promotions to engage audiences and drive conversions. Collaborate with affiliates and internal teams to integrate targeted, personalized messaging and offers across digital channels for a cohesive brand experience. Test and iterate on growth strategies such as A/B testing, campaign optimization, and joint audience segmentation to improve partner performance and maximize ROI. Content and Asset Integration for Partners: Ensure all marketing

content and assets

are effectively integrated into affiliate and partner programs to support growth goals and drive alignment across campaigns. Work with creative and content teams to deliver high-quality assets, promotional materials, and messaging tailored to partner needs. Develop scalable frameworks for partner campaigns, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and tracking across all initiatives. Data-Driven Performance and Insights: Leverage data and analytics to evaluate partner and affiliate performance, identifying opportunities to optimize strategies for growth and efficiency. Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, such as affiliate ROI, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value and partner-driven revenue contributions. Share actionable insights with stakeholders to refine strategies, improve targeting, and enhance partner marketing performance. Implement tools and technologies to ensure data accuracy, campaign tracking, and partner program governance. MarTech and Digital Transformation for Partnerships: Oversee the integration of marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, CDP, automation tools) to enhance affiliate and partner management capabilities. Drive the adoption of advanced new tools and platforms to streamline partner communications, reporting, and performance tracking. Champion marketing transformation initiatives that align partner strategies with growth and brand-building goals. What you'll need Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 8 + years of experience

in partner management, affiliate marketing, growth marketing, or marketing technology roles. Proven success in developing and scaling affiliate and partner programs, driving measurable revenue and growth. Expertise in leading

co-marketing campaigns

, including joint promotions, collaborative content, and audience engagement strategies to drive performance. Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data to improve performance, ROI, and strategic decision-making. Experience with MarTech tools (e.g., CRM systems, web analytics, and automation platforms) to enhance partner engagement and campaign tracking. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and align partner initiatives with broader organizational goals. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for digital growth, innovation, and partner success.
