Job Advert: Senior Digital Marketing and HubSpot Manager - Healthcare Events Senior Digital Marketing and HubSpot Manager - Healthcare Events London - Hybrid (2 days in-office) £75,000 base + 5% performance-based bonus Head of Digital Marketing We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing and HubSpot Manager for a startup healthcare events company (part of a renowned global events brand). This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the digital marketing remit for healthcare-focused events, leveraging the full digital marketing stack, including marketing automation, CRM management, and cross-channel campaign execution. This is a standalone hands-on role overseeing the full digital marketing tech stack and campaigns. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated technical digital marketing strategies to promote healthcare events and virtual experiences. Lead the creation of targeted campaigns across email, social media, website, and content, tailored to healthcare professionals, medical organisations, and event attendees. Implementation of complex integrations, automations, and customisations within HubSpot. Manage and optimise marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) to drive engagement and streamline event registration, attendee nurturing, and post-event follow-ups. Develop and maintain automated workflows, including reminders and email campaigns for event participants. Understanding of data hygiene, lead scoring, segmentation, and the role these play in successful marketing automation campaigns. Integrate campaigns with the broader event experience, ensuring a seamless digital and physical touchpoint for healthcare professionals and attendees. Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, etc.) to optimise marketing strategies and ensure event success. Provide actionable insights and reports on lead generation, attendee behavior, and ROI. Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Pardot, Marketo) to build workflows and automated campaigns. Key must-haves: Strong HubSpot expertise, including UX optimisation, workflow management, and CRM integration. Expert knowledge of HubSpot's APIs with experience in platform integrations and data automation. Knowledge or exposure to HubSpot Breeze is advantageous. Experience in data processing for segmentation, reporting, and creating personalised communication for events. Strong understanding of data-driven decision making, using tools like HubSpot Analytics and Google Analytics to optimise campaigns. Proficient in using Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, or similar tools to track and optimise campaigns. Ability to report on KPIs, ROI, and overall event success (registrations, leads, engagement). Excellent project management skills with a focus on timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
