Remote First, with weekly meet ups with team in various agreed locations near Colchester/Ipswich Job Purpose This role is to work with the Digital team in the day-to-day management and delivery for clients, with a focus on identifying revenue growth opportunities for the agency and for clients. To achieve this, it will be essential that the candidate has the skillset and knowledge to deliver services provided at Capsule, including but not limited to: PPC, SEO, paid social campaigns, content creation, project and account management for a portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Manage day-to-day client enquiries and requests, and work with the team to deliver on client work. Provide regular updates on performance metrics and market-related insights to the internal team and clients. Keep up to date with market and technology-related developments. Create reports and present them to clients at monthly meetings, engaging with them to drive and optimise opportunities in performance. Set up, test and maintain conversion tracking on campaigns. Provide budget forecasts as requested by clients. Create proposals for future projects and present to prospective clients. Work with Capsule’s designers and web development teams to create strong, engaging campaign assets and content. Create content that supports campaigns and delivers high performance. Set up and manage all client and Capsule social ads (including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) and provide ongoing optimisation of performance. Develop recommendations and deliver results for clients. Manage and monitor all client ad spends to ensure they are delivered to agreed budgets. Monitor SEO performance, action any SEO work required and develop recommendations to deliver results for clients. Assist the team in research, analysis and development of campaigns, projects and programmes for new and existing clients. Deliver all work to agreed business requirements and delivery deadlines. Ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all work delivered. Role Requirements Experience being client-facing with an ability to create trusted strong relationships with clients. Quickly adopt new methods and processes. Ability to create and deliver monthly reports for a roster of clients. Understanding of how marketing, brand & digital teams operate. A proactive attitude that thrives in a very varied and fast-paced environment. Personable and a team player with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships. Analytical with a logical approach. Enthusiasm for learning with a natural curiosity. Strong and confident communicator. Well-organised with the ability to multitask. Exceptional attitude to working under pressure and great at problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to switch between tasks quickly and cohesively.
