Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive organic search strategy to elevate digital visibility, building on principles of authority, trust, and relevance. Customer Journey Optimisation : Lead initiatives to make digital experiences seamless, ensuring intuitive, effective customer journeys across web and mobile platforms. Data-Driven Decision Making : Establish a framework that prioritises data insights, enabling informed, impactful decision-making to maximise digital performance. Conversion Optimisation : Spearhead conversion rate optimisation strategies to increase member acquisition and drive customer growth. Leadership and Collaboration : Oversee a skilled team of digital marketers and build productive partnerships with key external agencies, aligning efforts to the company‘s strategic goals. About You: Experience : Proven expertise in digital marketing within the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of search engine optimisation and digital analytics. Skills : Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and budget management skills (approx. £1m).
