Typically, a digital project manager will be: Liaising and updating stakeholders on the status of projects Managing RAID logs for each project Advising clients on cost, available resources, problems, and solutions Tracking project progress and identifying issues ahead of time Reporting on success criteria for delivered projects Ensuring projects are delivered to scope, time and budget Providing change control and escalating risks or issues as appropriate across multiple projects, at any one time Implementing mitigations for your identified risks as appropriate Designing, training and implementing processes and protocols to underpin project management team function Management of the PM team across the client portfolio Creating tenders and proposals for new and existing clients, projects etc Collaborative working across functions to deliver your projects, with both the development and design teams at Reach Implement and lead client facing calls, following up with key minutes, actions, decisions and additional prep work required for the next touchpoint. Key responsibilities
Responsibilities vary from client to client but may include a combination of: Planning digital products from the initial stages through to final delivery Acting as the key contact for clients Continuously assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement Identifying and implementing KPIs and project milestones Creation and regular update of project reports and dashboards for key stakeholders Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project Forming strong relationships with the client and developing communication channels between the relevant parties Ensuring key Service Level Agreements are met Regularly updating key stakeholders on project status Overseeing the project’s financial budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending, and cost changes, commercials impacts of scope changes Analysing the success of client projects against key deliverables Working as part of a team to win new business and develop current client relationships as part of the business pipeline Background in digital project management working on projects from discovery to delivery Technical competence and understanding of Web and Mobile development Evidence of working with Agile project management methodologies Multi-tasker with ability to juggle many projects Agency experience with strong communication skills, both written and verbal Passion for web, mobile, e-commerce and digital projects Beneficial Qualifications
Educated to degree level or equivalent Proven experience of effectively managing large-scale, full turn-key projects from discovery through to delivery Adept at building effective client relationships and working with several stakeholders to deliver targets Experienced in a range of project management methods preferably SCRUM or Agile Strong communication with excellent presentation, report writing and data analysis capabilities Ability to work on a range of client projects at the same time Experience of identifying business opportunities & building client relationships Hours
