Your Role We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our highly experienced delivery team. Reporting to our Delivery Director, this role is key in our delivery team and will assist in driving transformation programmes for our clients. You will be focused on digital product delivery and will be able to demonstrate expertise in managing the re-platform and redesign of complex enterprise digital experiences. Your main responsibilities will include: Planning and managing our projects and programmes of work for our clients to ensure alignment with the client’s goals and strategy. Ensuring cross-collaboration between projects and teams and managing interdependencies between projects. Planning and managing delivery of individual strategic workstreams. Effectively managing cost, schedule and scope throughout to ensure we deliver on budget, on time, on quality and to the satisfaction of the client. Forming strong relationships with key stakeholders and managing stakeholder communications. Reporting to client and internal stakeholders. Working with the Resource Director to ensure resource capacity and availability. What we are looking for The ideal candidate will have: Several years' experience within a Digital Programme/Project Management role The ability to confidently lead cross-functional teams, including internal and external resources and remote teams to achieve project goals. Demonstrable ability to plan, manage and deliver complex £1m+ workstreams (including £300k+ individual projects) on time, on budget and to the right quality standards. Highly competent at managing budgets and negotiating change orders A proven track record in project managing large and complex technical solutions, such as digital products, websites, commerce sites or apps. Experience working with clients in an agile delivery. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. A calm and approachable manner. Qualifications in Project Management qualifications such as Agile or Prince2 would be desirable, though not essential. Experience of digital products using Digital Experience Platforms (such as Optimizely, Adobe, Acquia or similar) What we can offer you We want you to grow and develop and will provide you with the opportunity to make this happen.
