What the role involves

• Leading and executing a 3–5 year growth strategy across ICP and EHV markets up to 132kV.
• Owning end-to-end delivery from early engagement through to energisation.
• Building and managing high-performing teams across operations, commercial and work-winning functions.
• Driving major bids, developing client relationships and securing long-term frameworks and partnerships.
• Ensuring compliance with NERS accreditation, DNO/IDNO requirements and all regulatory standards.
• Embedding a strong safety, quality and performance culture across the division.
