We’re looking for a

Sr. Director of Growth Marketing

who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of our

demand generation marketing programs that capture, nurture, and convert leads across multiple channels to accelerate our growth.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations, you’ll design, plan, manage, execute, and optimize integrated digital, field customer, and partner marketing campaigns to generate leads, opportunities, and pipeline revenue. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor Bynder’s growth marketing team , aligning and advancing objectives, approaches, and practices through active participation in strategic planning, go-to-market strategy development, sales forecasting, resource planning, and budgeting. Work with Sales and Marketing Operations to set priority targets and Marketing-specific KPIs and establish reporting standards. Develop, plan, and execute integrated digital campaigns across paid and organic search, social, and referral traffic and continuously test and optimize landing page experience to drive conversions. Plan and execute field marketing plans across key geographies including industry, partner, and customer events to meet MQL, SQL, pipeline ARR, and sales targets. Execute specific campaigns including ABM, industry, and competitive takeout campaigns that drive lead and opportunity creation in our ICP. Create and execute impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities. Monitor and report campaign performance across the customer journey and sales pipeline, with granular tracking across relevant KPIs. Understand the nature, makeup, behavior, and driving factors influencing the funnel from lead generation to closure and inform approaches, practices, and resource deployment designed to maximize and accelerate opportunities. Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to activate strategies that expand Bynder’s brand awareness and maintain alignment of marketing/content objectives with sales objectives. Qualifications

7-10 years experience in growth marketing, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS company. Deep industry knowledge of cutting-edge demand generation methods. A data-driven approach with a culture of experimentation. A demonstrable track record of achieving high growth through marketing programs, campaigns, and activities.
