Position Overview: The Senior Human Capital Director, EMEA, will be a pivotal member of the Human Capital Leadership Team (HCLT) reporting to the Chief Human Capital Officer. This senior role will partner closely with the Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO), HCLT, and key stakeholders to drive the strategic agenda and operational excellence of the Human Capital function across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day business needs, oversee project work, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, while also providing critical partnership to regional leaders. Key Responsibilities: Talent Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with HCLT to implement and proliferate the Human Capital operating model and talent vision. Align Human Capital goals with regional objectives, ensuring coherence and identifying opportunities for greater Human Capital involvement and partnership. Operational Excellence: Partner with centralized Human Capital functions and the local Human Capital team to manage all aspects of the employee life cycle for the EMEA region, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, mobility, and employee relations. Partner with Recruiting Director, EMEA leaders, and Human Capital Business Partners on workforce planning. Partner with Human Capital Business Partners and HCLT members on performance management, organizational design, and succession planning for EMEA. Oversee team members responsible for monthly payroll processes for London and Munich, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Responsible for reporting and metrics to CA, Ltd board. Strategic Relationship Management: Partner with and provide thought leadership to senior leaders, including Regional Leader and Regional Operating Committee on talent related topics, ensuring jurisdictional compliance and supporting the business to achieve strategic goals. Deliver excellence in stakeholder management with the ability to manage expectations professionally yet transparently with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation. Human Capital / Regulatory Expertise: Responsible for ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions including the UK, Germany, and Switzerland, managing risks related to Human Capital. Complete required Human Capital related regulatory filings. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. Qualifications: BA/BS required; Further HR qualification preferred Substantial relevant experience in human capital roles within financial or professional services. Mastery of best practices in Human Capital and employment law for multiple regions in EMEA Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to partner and communicate effectively with senior management. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dubai and other European country jurisdiction knowledge a strong plus. Experience with acquisitions and the opening of new offices a plus. Want to learn more? Click
