The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Director of Hardware or as a CTO for an SME, with a background in hardware being a desirable quality, but hands-on experience is not a requirement. Experience working with multi-regional teams is required, and experience of working with teams based in the US would be perfect.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Ability to form, predict, and maintain budgets
Liaise with stakeholders, including decisions around what chips need to be made to go to market
Identifying and ranking new hires within the team
