What will you do: Lead the Northern European Cluster & Regional Skin & Essential Health franchise regulatory teams. Ensure success of new product registrations, line extensions, and new indications in alignment with the business plan. Oversee compliance for all products with relevant regulations and quality system requirements. Manage the regulatory budget and develop direct reports. Develop product positioning strategies based on current regulatory requirements. Interpret environmental scans and regulatory intelligence for strategic insights. Provide strategic input on regulatory requirements to R&D and clinical leads. Lead evaluation of risk and safety issues for complex products and recommend solutions. Facilitate relationships with regulatory agencies and industry associations. Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor's Degree or higher. Proven regulatory experience across various classifications including Medicinal Products, Cosmetics, and Medical Devices. Solid understanding of regulatory requirements in relevant markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly collaborative with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, highly matrixed organization.
