We are seeking a strategic and dynamic
Senior Director, Total Rewards, EMEA
to drive the execution of our global total rewards strategy across the EMEA region. As a member of the Global Total Rewards Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading Otis’s rewards function and ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing regional needs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep strategic and technical rewards expertise to partner and collaborate closely with key business and cross-functional stakeholders to implement innovative, competitive, and equitable programs that support Otis business objectives and talent strategies. On a typical day you will: Strategy Execution:
Implement and adapt the global total rewards strategy to the regional landscape, ensuring alignment with global policies while addressing local compliance, cultural nuances, and market trends.
Serve as a key liaison between the global total rewards team and regional HR and business leaders to ensure smooth strategy deployment.
Compensation Management:
Oversee regional salary structures, pay-for-performance programs, and incentive plans to ensure competitiveness and alignment with global frameworks.
Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
Monitor and manage regional compensation budgets in coordination with global guidelines.

In close collaboration with the Global Benefits COE and administration partners, progress and execute a forward-thinking regional benefits strategy that reflects the company’s commitment to meeting the diverse needs of our colleagues worldwide while aligning with business objectives.
Monitor benefits utilization and recommend program enhancements based on regional insights.
Recognition & Wellbeing Programs:
Champion regional employee recognition initiatives aligned with global recognition programs to foster engagement and retention.
Drive the implementation of employee wellbeing programs tailored to regional needs.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure adherence to regional regulatory requirements for compensation, benefits, and tax implications.
Regularly audit total rewards programs to ensure compliance with local laws and global standards.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor and develop a high performing team supporting total rewards activities across the region.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with global, regional, and local HR teams, COE partners, business leaders, finance teams and other stakeholders to support key initiatives, workforce planning and talent strategies.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding regional rewards trends and program effectiveness.
Change Management & Communication:
Drive change management efforts to support the rollout of new global and regional total rewards initiatives.
Develop and deliver clear and compelling communication plans to educate employees and leaders on total rewards programs and their value.
What You Will Need to be Successful: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is preferred.
Minimum 12 years overall experience in Human Resources, with significant hands-on experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, with regional or global experience in a multinational organization.
Strong knowledge of relevant regional labour laws, tax regulations, and market trends.
Proven ability to execute global strategies at a regional level, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and program evaluation.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
Willingness and desire to roll up sleeves and provide hands-on expertise where needed in addition to strategic guidance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key decision makers.
