The Senior Distribution Manager is responsible for the implementation and execution of the distribution and engagement strategy for Ki, ensuring that the company achieves its objectives across all business classes. About You
This position would suit Underwriters, Brokers, and Distribution professionals who have experience working in the London Insurance Market, along with established relationships within this portfolio and robust networking skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities are essential, as is the capacity for effective leadership to guide a dynamic team in executing the distribution strategy cohesively.
