We are recruiting for a Senior Driveability Calibration Engineer to join our Dynamics team in Idiada, Spain. As the Senior Driveability Calibration Engineer, you will be leading the definition, development, and validation of Driveability programs for McLaren vehicles. It involves defining, planning, testing, tuning, and validating the driveability calibration to meet high-level vehicle characteristic targets. Additionally, you are responsible for managing the budget and plan, as well as having technical responsibility for delivering the desired vehicle attributes.
