Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Early Years Educator to join our team at Little Flyers West Calder. Responsibilities: Lead a team. Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children. Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs. Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting observations and maintaining records. Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other staff members to ensure the well-being and development of each child. Promote positive behavior management strategies and encourage social-emotional growth. Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment. Stay updated on current early childhood education practices and trends. Skills: Experience working with young children in a childcare or early childhood education setting. Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices. Ability to drive the learning process through creative teaching methods. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a classroom setting. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with children, parents, and colleagues. Passionate about providing quality care and education to young children. Job Types:
