The successful candidate will have: Be qualified to SVQ Level 3 or equivalent Be flexible in their working hours/pattern Be passionate about early learning and childcare Want to inspire and ignite curiosity in children Work well on your own and as part of a team Be keen to develop their professional knowledge and learning through CPD courses and in-house training. The position is subject to updated PVG membership Most of all, an enthusiastic sense of humour, fun, empathy and a love of natural resources. We expect honest, dependable, and enthusiastic diligent staff, and in return we offer: A good work-life balance. Extensive senior management support.
