£30,000-£38,000 I am pleased to announce that we are looking for a Senior Ecologist to join a well-established team in Bournemouth! They are a multidisciplinary consultancy who specialise in a range of environmental departments including Ecology, Landscape Architecture and Arboriculture. The team is a great group of well-rounded, experienced consultants who are passionate about delivering great results! They are seeking a Senior Ecologist who will be able to assist in the development and mentoring of the team. The team works with an ever-increasing client base and have a keen focus on developing areas of ecology. A commitment to facilitating a personal development plan through training. Responsibilities include: Team leadership, project management and business development. Completing a mixture of field and office-based assignments. Mentoring team members. Producing EcIA's and management plans. Requirements of the role include: Commercial and practical ecological experience, with a relevant professional institution membership. Experience with Phase 1 Habitat and Protected Species surveys, PEA and EcIA's. Protected species survey licences are preferred. Excellent report writing skills.
