Mitigation Strategies
You should be adept at scoping, designing, and leading ecological surveys. Be comfortable forging strong bonds with our clients to win work for the team and yourself, and to build a standout client and site portfolio. We’re also looking for a leader to mentor our budding consultants and graduates.

Top academic qualifications in ecology or biological sciences
To be a CIEEM member working towards Chartership
To have a specialism in Ornithology, with a track record of scoping and undertaking breeding and non-breeding bird surveys for large sites
Experience in Habitat Regulations Assessments and stakeholder engagement with Natural England, and design of mitigation strategies
In-depth understanding of the legislative and planning policy framework
