Senior Ecologist

The role will be to take responsibility for complex, high-profile, and ecologically interesting projects.
The client is keen to develop their staff through mentoring, training, and a structured review programme.
We are looking for experienced candidates, including those with a specialist interest in bats (including tree climbers), badgers, water voles, holders of mitigation licences, botanists, and strong project managers.
You will have the opportunity to work on projects across heritage, renewable energy, residential, leisure, and minerals.

What we are looking for:
Relevant professional ecological experience, 4+ years in Ecology Consulting. Broad ecological skill-set and ideally one or more protected species licences. Knowledge of wildlife policy and legislation. Confidence in written and verbal communication. Effective project management and client liaison skills. The ability to identify, understand, and resolve ecological issues. A good BSc and/or MSc in a relevant subject. A full driving licence and access to your own transport. Job Info Job Title:
