Senior EHS Compliance Engineer focuses on working across manufacturing, research and commercial environments, you will oversee compliance systems.

What the role involves

• Working across manufacturing, research and commercial environments, you will oversee compliance systems.
• Leading the implementation and ongoing development of EHS management systems across site operations and projects.
• Provide expert guidance on statutory compliance, best practice, and regulatory requirements.
• Advise management and operational teams on EHS matters.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, ensuring documentation standards are met.
• Investigate incidents and non-conformances, recommending corrective actions and improvements.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in both Engineering and EHS compliance.
• Experience with risk assessments, LOTO, permit-to-work and contractor management systems.
• Demonstrated track record in compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical preferred).
