24189 This person will be a highly influential member of the team, remaining in a hands-on role but also taking the lead of a team of 3 including electrical & mechanical designers. Senior Electrical Design Engineer - The Role:

Supporting customer review meetings and generating proposal/specification documents Creating and reviewing designs for customer applications, ensuring they are not over-engineered and producing accurate BOMs for handover to purchasing and manufacturing Producing technical drawings and schematics as required Good document control including engineering change control and drawing revision Creating documentation and performing risk analysis reviews to support UKCA / CE marking as appropriate Senior Electrical Design Engineer - The Person:

5+ years experience as an electrical design engineer, with good understanding of special purpose machinery/bespoke machine build Experience of EPlan highly advantageous, however training can be provided if you are competent with another electrical design platform Understanding of vehicle electrical systems & schematics very helpful, but not essential providing you have an interest to be involved in this area Proven ability to support and work with customers directly Proven background of providing team leadership/mentoring of other Engineers Preferably, you will have solid mechanical understanding, with the ability to complete the initial mechanical scope to help support the design team. You will become part of a talented and friendly team, who are known for taking innovative approaches and embracing new technologies. Work for prestigious clients and projects UK wide.
