This role will be offering £29.19 per hour inside IR35 local - £39.74 per hour inside IR35 for non-local candidates. Within the role of Senior Designer Electrical, you'll be responsible for: Applying proven techniques and procedures to design and develop solutions. Resolving design issues and problems for a range of design situations. Diagnosing and resolving operational, repair, installation, and commissioning problems and issues. Coaching and mentoring other design engineers, applying interpersonal skills in communicating technical design matters. Working with a degree of technical autonomy, demonstrating a commitment to professional design engineering principles and values. Having knowledge and experience in a design subject area. You

To succeed within the role of Senior Designer Electrical, you'll have experience in a similar position, and you'll ideally have the following skills: Understanding of design principles and approaches relevant to design activities. A depth of understanding, knowledge, and experience relevant to a specialist area of activity, for example, relevant to a department, unit, system, platform, etc. EngTech status (or equivalent) plus relevant work-based experience.
